OpenID doesn't show on some Themes

Hello:

Previously during LogOn, I can clear see and use the OpenID icons (OpenID, Google, Wordpress, etc) without any issue.

But, enabling certain themes kills all of that.  For example, this theme:

https://gallery.orchardproject.net/List/Themes/Orchard.Theme.TheOtherSide

After installing and enabling and setting as current, if  you go to the LogOn page all of hte pretty icons have been removed.  You are instead questioned to enter the ugle OpenID url.  For example, Google's OpenID url: www.google.com/accounts/o8/id

It's a simple "Open ID.  Enter the url of your open id" textbox that is displayed.

Must be a javascript issue or something.  Or a missing layer item?

Hi EDuncan - Im going to turn the OpenID controls in to a Widget thus to allow greater control over where users want to show it.

This should get around any and all themes.
